Target Audience: : individuals who have completed the 13-hour BAS-Approved Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) training and who have current, direct experience in developing and implementing FBAs.
Description: Doing a comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) process requires an understanding of a) the outcome of each step and b) relevant tools to complete the steps. This advanced session, for those trained and experienced in FBA, will highlight the practical application of the process through case examples emphasizing tools and tips that can be generalized to any situation in which a holistic case conceptualization is warranted. Potential process pitfalls will also be reviewed in an effort to control for limitations that could hinder the integrity of the process.
This session qualifies for BCBA Type 2 continuing education credits and BSL credits under the Assessment Content Area.

Description: This session is for SCO leadership and AEs are encouraged to attend. ODP will discuss changes in Targeted Services Management including new eligibility criteria for people with autism spectrum disorder and changes to the expectations for what is provided through the service.
