Taking Care of Yourself During Pandemic Fatigue

Psychology Today has a helpful article that provides guidance on taking care of yourself as we reach one year of COVID-19 related changes. We hope that this weekend and in the coming weeks that you take some time for yourself and that you remember to “control what you can control and let go of the rest.”
