New CDC Guidance on Quarantine, Isolation, and Critical Infrastructure
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued new guidance regarding the difference between quarantine & isolation, and critical infrastructure for public health safety and community well-being. New CDC guidance further defines Quarantine versus Isolation measures. While quarantine is used to keep someone who might have been exposed to COVID-19 away from others, Isolation is used to separate people infected with the virus from people who are not infected.
