More Mindfulness Resources for COVID-19
Anxiety and fear are natural reactions to the unknown and COVID-19 continues to create some uncertainty in all our lives. We have shared several resources on COVID-19 related anxiety such as:

- Taking Care of Yourself and Others During Times of Uncertainty
In addition to those resources, we wanted to share a few other resources for those of you looking for more information for you or the people you support who may still be struggling. These resources focus on overcoming fear and anxiety by developing psychological flexibility, which is the ability to stay in contact with the present moment regardless of unpleasant thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations while choosing one's behaviors based on the situation and personal values.
