Mindfulness at Work

Used courtesy of we continue to think of ways to keep ourselves grounded and focused during these unprecedented times, we wanted to expand upon some of the previous resources we have shared on mindfulness.  This resource focuses on how to use mindfulness strategies while on the job.  These exercises can be completed during a short break and can help staff increase self-awareness and happiness while also providing a needed shift in perspective to better utilize their time and skills
