Virtual Town Hall on COVID-19 Vaccine for People with Disabilities

Photo used courtesy of Temple University.The Institute on Disabilities at Temple University, Vision for Equality, and Speaking for Ourselves will be holding two town hall meetings later in February for individuals with disabilities and their families to learn about the COVID-19 Vaccine. The two town hall meetings will be focused mainly on residents of the Philadelphia area, which has its own vaccination rollout plan, but all stakeholders are welcome. The town hall discussions will feature experts including ODP's Medical Director Dr. Gregory Cherpes, and representatives from the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services. Moderators include Executive Director of Speaking for Ourselves Debra Robinson and Temple University Undergraduate Shawn Aleong.
