ODP Wants Family Feedback!

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Supporting Families Survey is now available!  ODP, its PA team for supporting families, the Information Sharing and Advisory Supports Committee (ISAC), supports coordination organizations, and service providers want to learn if the person you care about is living the life they want to live

ODP will use the family feedback to understand families’ satisfaction with the support received from Supports Coordinators (SC). The survey asks about areas that are important to all people; such as community living, employment and health. As you know, Supports Coordinators play a critical role in supporting peoples needs. SCs plan with you (and your family member); find, arrange and monitor services; and guide the Individual Support Plan team.

Your feedback and the survey results will guide ODP’s activity to achieve the highest satisfaction.  The survey is anonymous and takes 10 minutes to complete.  We encourage you and any family members to complete the survey which will help ODP strive to support individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.
