The Community of Practice for Supporting Families Regional Collaboratives Summit (CoP) is an annual summer summit that is held virtually in even years and in-person in odd years. It convenes Pennsylvania's networks of natural supports for individuals and families called regional collaboratives to create a larger community of practice. A Community of Practice is a group that comes together to learn from one another and to develop and implement strategies towards a common practice.
CoP brings together the regional collaboratives to share best practices, innovative models, and form connections around the shared purpose of supporting families through the lifespan. The event is open to anyone who is interested in forming more community connections around shared values of supporting families of individuals with disabilities.
