The Office of Developmental Program’s (ODP) Communication Specialist Training was developed to ensure that all Communication Specialists intending to provide the service to individuals with an Intellectual Disability or Autism have a clear and consistent understanding of the service. This training is required for any Communication Specialist seeking to provide services under the ODP Intellectual Disability/Autism Waivers (the Consolidated, Community Living, and Person Family Directed Support Waivers.)
