Supporting participants with complex needs is challenging. At times you
may find yourself feeling stuck. How can you move past barriers when
you are trying to identify effective strategies to address participant
risk and needs? How can you utilize existing resources and individual
data in a way that is useful? This training is a first in a series that
will use role playing to explore how Supports Coordinators and provider
staff can utilize trainings and resources during consult time with their
supervisors or within team meetings to determine next steps in the
planning process for individuals in our programs.
