Communication and Meetings Structure

We are currently firming up what this looks like based on surveys that were sent to families. We are making this a separate meeting as we used to piggy back off from Positive Practices. Our first meeting in the format is on 12/14    and have Family Support Partners scheduled to attend and present.


Goals, next steps or actions plans

We need to get more individual and family involvement. We received many of the surveys back so we are hopeful that this is a step in that direction.
