Unraveling the Processes of Incident Management and Risk Management

Unraveling the Processes of Incident Management and Risk Management is a series of courses to provide all stakeholders with the same information and knowledge about incident management and risk management in Pennsylvania’s intellectual and developmental disability system. It is recommended to complete the series in order as each course builds upon the previous one.

Note: On January 4, 2016 ODP implemented a new electronic incident management reporting system known as the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) system which replaced the HCSIS incident management system.  All references to HCSIS Incident Management are also applicable to EIM.
