Information provided on sequence of outcome development, how concerns are identified and assessed, and provides several examples.

Review of guidance and training on developing outcome statements and an overview of activities that support person-centered outcome statements. Learning application is provided through a process for self-review of outcome statements.

Part 1 of a two-part series that focuses on applying person-centered practices and fulfilling ODP's requirement in the development of the Outcome Summary part of the Outcome Section of the ISP. Instructor-led version of this training was conducted in May and June 2015. Additional ODP clarification based on questions submitted at

Part 2 of a two-part series that provides direction on how to develop the Outcome Action part of the Outcome Section of the ISP. The focus is to support the achievement of person centered outcome statements while meeting documentation requirements for the provision of publicly funded services. Instructor-led version of this training was conducted in May and June 2015. Additional ODP clarification based on questions submitted at the instructor-led training is included.
