Quality Management (QM) Certification Program
To build system capacity,
grow a culture of quality, and ensure success in applying QM principles and
practices, ODP offers a QM Certification curriculum aimed at enhancing the QM
knowledge and skills of ODP staff and stakeholders across the service delivery
system.
Individuals who complete QM
Certification will:
Practice, through hands-on exercises, how to develop QM
plans, apply the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle, organize and analyze
data to monitor progress, write QM reports, and much more
Entities with a QM certified person will receive benefits towards:
Achieving continuous quality improvement across all service
delivery functions Offering the highest quality services that promote choice
and control in individuals’ everyday lives
