TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
The Office of Developmental Programs, Bureau of Supports for Autism and Special Populations is offering a two-day training for Support Coordinators in the AAW and ACAP programs.
August 5, 2019 – 10:00am to 4:00pm & August 6, 2019 – 9:00am to 2:00pm
The training will offer an overview of the Charting the LifeCourse tools and resources to support the framework. We will highlight why the framework is important to the work within ODP/BSASP, offer presentations on ways that it is already being used within ODP, and further discuss ways that BSASP programs can use these tools to support the people within our programs. Additionally, we will have a presentation on resources and supports that currently exist through the lens of the LifeCourse Framework
