The Chapter 6400 Regulatory Compliance Guide, or RCG, was released for immediate implementation on February 3, 2020.
The
ODP Regulatory Administration Unit presented live and
interactive webcasts about the purpose of RCG and how it will be used for
applying and enforcing Chapter 6400.
All ODP staff are encouraged to view these recorded webcasts to help grow their understanding of the 6400 regulations. Additionally, an RCG for Chapter 6100 is currently under development. Since the design and structure of 6100 RCG is identical to 6400 RCG, these webcasts will help ODP staff understand how to use and apply RCGs in general.
