When you play a sport or are part of a team, there are coaches to guide and lead the team to success. Every coach hopes for a team who wants to learn, improve performance, and receive criticism with grace. Coaches want "coachable" players. In human services, we do not often talk about having staff who are "coachable" but similar to a sports team, it makes sense to have staff who want to learn, improve performance, and receive criticism with grace. This training will explore this concept and provide tools and resources for coaches (i.e. supervisors, admin) and players (i.e. staff).
