This training provides resources for clients as well as their employers on skills matching, self-advocacy, and communication for those seeking and currently involved with employment.  Participants will become familiar with the current unemployment and underemployment rate among individuals with ASD.  They will list potential jobs of best fit for adults on the spectrum while recognizing each client will have differing needs;  define soft skills as it pertains to job finding and maintenance; and identify activities that address skills assessment and self-advocacy.

This training addresses ABA.
