This session outlines the fundamental steps of Discovery, proper team functioning, family and job seeker roles, developing the Three Vocational Themes and the Lists of Twenty, using informational interviews with employers, and moving beyond the traditional job search mentality. The session explores wage job creation using Resource Ownership and other economic development strategies, as well as business ownership for youth and adults with autism.
