Meetings were scheduled every other month-on hiatus at the AE.
Goals, next steps or actions plans
Create position for central intake knowledgeable about LifeCourse Framework; seek consultation from PA Family Network for some of our families; build stakeholder group; schedule trainings PA Family Network, continue to develop, promote LifeCourse Framework in schools focus on transition age through CSIU Transition Coordinator.
