1) Focus on transitional age students and starting the converstation regarding their future trajectories. I have already discussed my wishes with the 4 area school districts regarding myself and the PA Family Network meeting with the special education liasons/school personnel, training on the tools and implementation with the students.
2) I would like AE/SCO/Family Network to meet and discuss Framework and tools with identified individuals and their families
