Communication and Meetings Structure
Due to the pandemic, there have been no in person meetings. A BC COVID-19 Resources Integrated Supports Star was created/ shared with our families and providers. We keep the Beaver County System of Care website for ID/A Resources up to date.
Goals, next steps or actions plans
This plan year we will continue to work towards completing a trajectory for Beaver CoP including: Building a stronger committee among providers, families, and school districts, employment coalition and the CASSP network; Continued use of the Integrated Supports Stars to share resources on community mapping to better connect families to resources in their community; Continued use of use the Lifecourse Framework to structure complex case meetings; Continued outreach and training on ID/A eligibility and the Lifecourse Framework.
