Quarterly meetings will be held at Philadelphia Intellectual disability Services, 701 Market Street, Suite 5200, Philadlephia, PA 19106 on September 26, December 12, 2019,March 12, 2020, June 11, 2020


Goals, next steps or actions plans

In the Fall of 2019, our registration and intake team will implement the use of the LifeCourse tools to help families develop a vision for the individual and their family; we will host a LifeCourse day to work with service coordination organizations for the Infant Toddler Ealry Intervention Program and the Supports Coordination Organizations for the person's registered for the Intellectual disAbility and Autism Services, in all day workshop to discuss how to use the LifeCourse tools to help families that they work with to achieve their vision and hear about how other providers are helping individuals and families chart a life course.

Elwyn, PersonLink, PCHC, Philadelphia Autism Project, IDA, Special Olympics, Partnership for Community Supports, PPSG, Temple Institute on disAbility, Vision for Equality, PA Family Network, PICC, ODP.   We are continuing to grow our collaborative and focusing on more family members, individuals and community members.
