Goals, next steps or actions plans for this year?
The Collaboration kicked off this quarter with a life trajectory planning meeting. We developed a path to keep us moving forward to goals we would like to achieve this calendar year. From the life trajectory we completed a one‐pager, re‐introduction
of the Community of Practice for Supporting Families.

The Collaboration is eager to continue to move forward with:
1. Partnership with Self Advocates United as One (SAU1)
2. Partnership with PA Family Network
3. Partnership with Regional Leadership CoP Leads
The Collaboration is in the process of collecting emails and addresses of interested individuals and families to easily share communications.
