QM Training Modules

The QM Training Modules are available to anyone interested in learning about quality management. In addition, these courses are pre-requisites for people interested in QM Certification and are required as part of ODP's Prospective Provider Applicant (PPA) process.

Provider Applicants: Please note that Applicants are NOT required to take the 2-day QM Certification training and will not be able to enroll for that training until becoming a qualified and enrolled ODP Provider.

Quality Management / Quality Improvement Training Modules

To build system capacity, grow a culture of quality, and ensure success in applying QM principles and practices, ODP offers a QM Certification curriculum and handbook aimed at enhancing the QM knowledge and skills of ODP staff and stakeholders across the service delivery system.

 These modules were updated 9/3/2026. Users who intend to participate in QM Certification Training after 9/3/2026 must review the new modules as the training content and testing will be based on this updated information.  All users who completed this training with the previous version are strongly encouraged to review these new modules when available in order to have the most up to date information.
