To build system capacity, grow a culture of quality, and ensure success in applying QM principles and practices, ODP offers a QM Certification curriculum aimed at enhancing the QM knowledge and skills of ODP staff and stakeholders across the service delivery system. In order to prepare learners for participation in a QM Certification class, ODP recently updated and streamlined all prerequisite modules and created, for the first time, a QM Certification Handbook.
